Agility Guide 1-99 From RuneMania, the wiki for the best Runescape things
Levels 1–35
Course: Gnome Stronghold Recommended Equipment: Boots of Lightness, Penance Gloves, Spotted or Spottier Cape Description: As you start Agility, there is only one way to train it, the Gnome Stronghold Agility Course. The Gnome Stronghold Agility Course is a safe Agility course; you will not lose any Hit points. This Agility Course is located in the Tree Gnome Stronghold; north from Ardougne.
Levels 35–50 Course: Barbarian Outpost Recommended Equipment: Boots of Lightness, Penance Gloves, Spotted or Spottier Cape Description: To enter the Barbarian Outpost Agility Course, you must complete the Alfred Grimhand Barcrawl. To start the barcrawl, talk to the Barbarian Guard at the door to the Barbarian Outpost. He will tell you about the barcrawl, and will give you an official Alfred Grimhand Barcrawl card. To complete the barcrawl successfully, you must visit 10 bars, and purchase a specific drink in each. Take your card with you when you visit the bars; you will need to get your card signed at every bar you visit. To buy a drink, just talk to the bartender, and tell him that you are doing the Alfred Grimhand Barcrawl. Once you have purchased the correct drink, drink it. Now you can enter the Barbarian Outpost Agility Course.
Levels 50–75 Course: Brimhaven Agility Arena Recommended Equipment: Boots of Lightness, Penance Gloves, Spotted or Spottier Cape Description: This course is one of the most popular ones, and you can carry on from level 50-99 if you want as the tickets you gain deal a load of experience (1000 Tickets 320K Exp). Start of by bringing some food, we recommend Pineapple Pizzas as they take up one inventory space and heal 22HP, and bring 200gp to pay Cap'n Izzy No Beard. Once arrived in Brimhaven, Pay your fees to Cap'n Izzy No Beard, and walk down the trapdoor. The objective of this course is to follow the red arrow on your mini-map and tag the dispencor. Every time you do, you get 1 Ticket, though if you miss out on the red arrow at any one time, you'll have to tag the next dispencor twice in a row. Heal when you need to, and in no time you will have Level 75 Agility!
Levels 75-99 Course: Ape Atoll Quests Required:Monkey Madness Recommended Equipment: Boots of Lightness, Penance Gloves, Spotted or Spottier Cape Description: You can only do this course if you have finished Monkey Madness. You will need a Ninja Monkey Greegree, a Super restore potion, a Agility restore potion, an anti-poison and a teleport out of there. As long as you have your Greegree on, you won’t be attacked. This course is best to do at Level 75 because you can't fail any obstacles at this level, which also means you won't need any food. To get to Level 99, you will need to complete this course a total of approximately 20,500 times. It may sound a lot, but just think how great it will feel to see your very own runescape account holding the 99 Agility Skill Cape. Congratulations.
