Go to Lumbridge Castle with the 20 black wool.
Go to second floor.
If you use the stairs with the mind rune, go to the closest building on the floor and use the spinner.
Make balls of wool.
Wait for your character to finish.
Got back to the farmer.
Talk to him and give him the wool.
He will reward you.
