Introduction
For years runescape players have been bragging about their skill capes, or just crying because they can't get one. To wear one you must achieve level 99, or for a quest cape you must have completed all F2P and P2P quests. If a new quest comes out your quest cape will be unequipped; you won't be able to wear it again untill you have completed all quests.
